All printheads are packaged individually in protective anti-static packaging.

Good to know

Hardware is warranted (printheads) for a period of twelve (12) months from date of shipment from Zebra or, with proof of purchase, from the purchase date whichever is later, against defects in workmanship and materials, provided the Hardware remains unmodified and is operated under normal and proper conditions and in accordance with Zebra published specifications.

Inconsistent print with your Zebra ZD420d-HC, Zebra ZD420d, Zebra ZD620d-HC, Zebra ZD620d, Zebra ZD620, Zebra ZD420 print quality such as voids in bar codes or graphics may indicate a dirty printhead. For optimum performance, the Zebra ZD420d-HC, Zebra ZD420d, Zebra ZD620d-HC, Zebra ZD620d, Zebra ZD620, Zebra ZD420 printhead should be cleaned regularly. Labelmatch recommends performing the cleaning procedure when installing a new roll of ribbon or after 3 rolls of label stock.
