A note about standard vs. custom items. Products purchased directly through our website cart are standard, in-stock items and are covered by the shipping and return policies described below. Custom-manufactured labels — produced to a customer's specifications — are not sold through the standard cart checkout and are handled through a separate quote and order process. If you need a custom label, please contact us directly to start a quote.
Labelmatch is operated by Mabis Shipping Solutions Inc., headquartered at 126 W Streetsboro St STE 14, Hudson, Ohio 44236. Orders placed through labelmatch.com are fulfilled from our shipping facility in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania.
We ship using FedEx and UPS to provide reliable, trackable delivery throughout the United States.
For orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States, we offer flat-tier ground shipping based on order total:

Standard ground delivery typically arrives within 1–6 business days after shipment, depending on destination.
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are sent via UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air, with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
Next-day and expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Orders containing heavier items may be billed at a separate flat rate displayed at checkout before payment.
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor delivery.

All standard, in-stock items purchased through labelmatch.com are covered by our Returns Made Easy Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and original packaging.
To initiate a return:
Labelmatch covers the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns. There is no shipping charge to you when you use the prepaid return label we provide.
After we receive your returned item in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days of our receipt and inspection of the return.
If you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@labelmatch.com. We will correct the error at no additional cost to you, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Custom-manufactured items — including any product produced to a customer's specifications — are not sold through the standard website cart and are not covered by the Returns Made Easy Guarantee. Because these items are made to order, returns and exchanges on custom orders are handled on a case-by-case basis as part of the original quote and order process.
