1. Returns Made Easy
- All items purchased through our website are covered by our Returns Made Easy Guarantee.
- If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. (This applies to standard, non-custom items — see Custom Items below.)
2. Custom / Custom-Manufactured Items
Custom or specially manufactured items—not kept in stock—are treated differently. Because these are made to your specifications, they may have different return eligibility or conditions. Please contact our support team before returning a custom item to see what options are available.
3. How to Make a Return
- To initiate a return, please contact our support team via support@labelmatch.com or contact your dedicated Labelmatch Business Consultant directly.
- Include your order number, product name/description, reason for return, and any images if applicable (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
- Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with return instructions.
4. Refunds
- After we receive your returned item in its original condition (unused and undamaged, with all packaging), we’ll issue a full refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
5. Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will correct the error at no additional cost to you, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund—whichever you prefer.
