Gulton printheads from Labelmatch are manufactured to the same specifications as their OEM counterparts. Gulton sells them to their customers at a lower price than their competitors can. They're not a huge, diversified electronics company. They concentrate on manufacturing the best printheads on the market, so they're smaller than many major companies. Gulton printheads have fewer expenses and can pass those savings on to the customers.

Inconsistent print with your SM90 (60mm) print quality such as voids in bar codes or graphics may indicate a dirty printhead. For optimum performance, the SM90 (60mm) printhead should be cleaned regularly. Labelmatch recommends performing the cleaning procedure when installing a new roll of ribbon or after 3 rolls of label stock.
